SATURDAY AUGUST 28:
We'll be finishing our harvest and celebrating with Empire Brewing Company's Empire State Pale Ale (made completely with our hops) and a BBQ lunch prepared by HolySmokes BBQ (drunken BBQ chicken, pulled pork, BBQ beans, coleslaw and roasted local sweet corn.) We'll also be running our harvester and hop separator. Don’t miss this unique opportunity to witness a small-scale “field to dryer” operation in progress. Stop in our gift shop to sample some of our delicious hop mustard.
